called my cell phone and said someone is serving a civil complaint against me I said "who?" they couldn't tell me I said bring it on .They said they could give me a phone number and if I called they could tell me. This is a scam
This person called asking for my son that does not live here. When asked what it was regarding, she said it was an attempt to send legal papers concerning a legal action taken against him. I asked where they got my number as it is my cell phone and I do not give it out. She hung up.

I also received a call about a civil suit against me, she asked if I was willing to give my info which I replied no. She no longer answers the number. Definitely a scam!
