Received a fax advertising car insurance on Sunday 04/27/08.  The fax is worded as if we had sent a request for a quote, which we did not.  The letters "I.S." appear before the originating phone number.  To obtain a quote, the recipient is instructed to send an email to [email protected].

First time I wasn't home 8/13/2008 11;56 AM.  No message left on answering machine.

Second time I answered 8/20/2008 - 7:51PM.  no one there.  When I hung up fax spit out of my fax machine.  "Excellent Health Insurance"  For a free quote fax this form to (214)975-1341.

Reported to do not call.gov.   The caller ID # is bogus.
