Who called from 2149807010

This is a new one.  CID said "Political Call."   They did try to leave a recorded message on my machine, but it was in Spanish so I have no idea what the call was about.  I ended the call because I didn't want 3+ minutes of a Spanish recording on my machine.

No message, just silence. No talking and didn't hang up.

Just received a call from this number on my work phone.  There was a long pause.  I figured it was some kind of recorded call so I hung up.

I believe this is the AHA from yet another #. They're like leeches!
