got a call on my cell phone from this number on 07/20 - did not answer - no message left - blocked future calls

They wantto lower the interest rate on my credit card... I DONT HAVE ANY CREDIT CARDS. WTF IS THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST GOOD FOR??

You callers are criminal, since when do you expect criminal to obey the law.  The DNC is not a call blocker.
