Who called from 2149838520

I have been getting  MULTIPLE calls a day from this number EVEN ON WEEKENDS 7 DAYS A WEEK, all this Person asks is for Rodney FOR THE PAST 6 MONTHS I HAVE EXPLAINED THIS IS MY NEW CELL NUMBER as soon as I want to ask for a supervisor he hangs up & dials again. I have filed a complaint with the FTC.  I REALLY NEED THIS PERSON OR COMPANY TO REMOVE MY NUMBER I HAVE NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM NOR I AM NOT RODNEY. THIS IS MY CELL PHONE & ARE RUNNING UP MY MINUTES WITH THIS NONSENSE.

I get calls from this number two dozens times per day looking for someone named Carmen.  I've had this number for two years, this just started a couple of days ago.  They wont tell me who they are.

I have had 3 calls from this number in last hour and a half. I answer they do not talk. I just hang up.

We're getting calls at our non-profit, too... all. day. long. Grrr!

This number called me 14 times i answered now its the same number with a different area code
