Grand Prarie, TX the call comes from & is a T-Mobile cell phone user texting to my cell phone "you have been selected to receive a free $50 Target voucher call 1-877-552-3584 to redeem  text stop to stop"
It's illegal to solicite to a cell phone in my state & since my cell phone is also on the do not call list, that's 2 illegal activities against this cell phone caller.
