Some one has called my moms phone so many times and my called back one time and a guy answered then she would say who is this and they would just breathe down the phone for a few minutes then hang up and he calls like 3-5 times a day every day
Something tells me these freaks are in College and in their spare time work for a Turd Service playing pranks. But them some of them are uneducated. Not focusing much in school much cause they are busy thinking of breathing into a phone.
