No phone exchange starts with "0".  The caller ID is being spoofed.  I never answer a phone number that's bogus.  I let it go to voice mail.

I got a call from this number today and answered it.  It was political poll and they asked me who I would vote for in the 2012 election as well as who I voted for in 2008 and my age.

Thanks to my answers, I expect Obama to go up in the polls with men in the 18-55 range.

this nmber has been used for phishing scams too, one time was stated as being affiliated with Bank of America, and anouther was stated as bank ARM resettlement group,  there is no real data on this number but is is not legal practices.

got call last evening from this number.  Taking poll if you are going to vote and started going through a list of who you are going to vote for.  Told them it was none of their d..n business that is why it is a PRIVATE vote!  Hung up.

Asked if i wanted to take a poll and before he could finish i hung up being that i have a private number.
