This is an UN-assigned Verizon Wireless number. These SCAM artists are making this fake number show up when they are dialing for dollars and they don't care if they just dial everyone - without regard to the DNC List. This way you have nothing worthwhile to report to the FTC. What they fail to understand is that while WE can't find them, the FTC CAN. They should know that they can't hide from Big Brother...so just keep on sending the info to the FTC.GOV website as a DNC List violation. They'll get 'em!!
