Originally and 'Out of Area' call, with a live person (telemarketer??) who asks for a named person never at this number. They sound 'hurt' when I demand why they're calling a no-call line then hangs up. The same girl calls immediately back (this time showing the number 215-123-2131) and says she heard me cuss her 'after you hung up'! Whaa? Right away I redialed the number but got an operator message: "This number does not exist". Probably a robo-invented number. How is this legal? By what magic CAN'T they be traced? Maybe the NSA could do some truly useful national service and eradicate these national and international spammers. Otherwise, we've entering the twilight of the telephone's (landline) usefulness. [Do cellphones have the same problem?]
