I asked first caller for physical address, and he said, "Manhattan, New York." I then asked to speak to a supervisor. When I asked his the same question, he said, "California."
When I confronted him with the discrepancy, he claimed that the call had been transferred. I hear no break in the line, and the background noise never changed.
Called my house & left no message. I do have Verizon & they do want me to lock into a new agreement. But as of now I do not really know? If it was Verizon they should leave a message or they will be put on the block list. ...period! And yes the CID showed Pennsylvania.
some Indian call center claiming to be verizon and they are giving me free stuff to switch. I said hey ***hole you are full of crap because i already have VZ and stop calling me. He said it was a free country and hung up. I hate this crap.. i get calls like this constantly
