I've repeatedly received phone calls from 215-213-5423 soliciting electicity rates, however there messaging system does not allow me to reach on operator. In addition, when I call the number back it says no longer in service. This has been occuring daily for the past few weeks
amazing that I live in delaware not serviced by Peco but have a PA cell phone # and they keep calling my cell phone. I am assuming they are randomly calling numbers in PA that are serviced by Peco really wish they would stop
These Electric Company Hawkers are every bit as annoying as Rachael from Card Services and Tom from Home Protection. They are the SAME SCAMMING TELEMARKETERS completely ignoring the Do Not Call List. They have called me from 5 different numbers in the past 2 weeks. I report them every single time!!!!!
They need to be caught and Fined Hugely!!!
I receive calls from this number at least three times a week. I don't answer because I don't know the number so when I call it back the recording says that the number is no longer in service. Strangwe since they called me two minutes ago.
