No one we know in Pennsylvania, so I'm pretty sure this is a solicitor.

I've gotten two calls in the last two days from this number - 215-220-4758, denied them both.

It's a BS call about your getting a free alarm system if you let them put a sign in your yard

this number has called me 2 days in a row.  different times each day.  tried to call back, doesn't ring at all, has a "snow" sound & hangs up.  will not answer again....saw on another site that it's a home protection sales call.
