I get these calls on my cell phone approximately once every day, the number seems to always be different, same call though. Usually they say nothing, I actually want them to say something so I can mess with them. They have called my work number in the past also.
These guys called and said something about this stuff and then said that they were gonna do some this and this and that, don't do that whith them or you will get this, and you don't want that - trust me on this one, that's for sure!

So I can't add to the growing list of comments on who or what is calling. However, a multitude of calls over the last few months have come across all of our office phone lines... talk about annoying...
also recieved a warranty call , when i asked him which car were they talking about , his answer was ''the newest one'' . i again asked which car ? i tell him i have more than one, he then hung up
