I get these calls on my cell phone approximately once every day, the number seems to always be different, same call though. Usually they say nothing, I actually want them to say something so I can mess with them. They have called my work number in the past also.
Got a call from this number on my cell about 20 minutes ago. That's the third time this week it's woken me up, and I am extremely irritated. I had this kind of problem on a different phone a few years ago. I'm on the do not call registry, and I don't put my cell number anywhere online. My mom, boyfriend, and room mates are the only people who know the number. I guess none of that helps.
I received a call from this number on Nov. 26 at 12:48 P.M. I answered but there no one responded. I did not call back because at work I received an e-mail letting us know, when a person calls back they can be charged up to a few thousand dollars for the call. The worse part is that we will not be able to fight it.
