Who called from 2152333548

Just received a call saying they could provide lower interest rates... when i asked them which company they said they represent master card and visa. i asked them to send me something in writing and they hung up.  BEWARE!!!

Just received a call from this number, did not answer.  I don't answer numbers I do not know who they are from.

Number called my cell phone. Did not answer because I have block mode on. 5 mins later they called back again.

"Rachel" is a machine.  "Steve" is a live person with a foul mouth.
Not a proper way to get someone's attention in a positive way.

Call my cell phone, I didn't answer, and they left no message.
