Try searching their web site on www.whois.com. If the web site was registered recently (days to months) & for only 1 year - there is a problem! Do they use free, web based, email address'? Is their web site registered with a private domain service? Check the IP address as well. In email, read the full header from the bottom up. It's possible this is a China, or Nigerian scam.
