claims to be "card Member Services" saying you qualify to lower interest rate with very poor audio to make you think it is a bad connection

Is a scam, Does not identify what credit card associated with and if you call back you get the same crappy connection message

I got the same call from this number 215-274-9539

you know it's a scam when you call back and get a loop recording directing how to be placed on their no-call list...shouldn't have called me in the first place!
