Yes, this number is part of the Philadelphia Inquirer, subscriptions. I only got the Sunday paper for 13 weeks because a young man (17 or 18 years old) was selling the subscriptions to earn matching funds for tuition. After the 13 weeks were up I was surprised that the paper kept coming. I recheck the renewal letter that I had received a few weeks before and realized that the subscription was auto renewed unless I called the subscription department and verbally cancelled the paper. The "How to cancel my subscription" information was found only on the Philadelphia Inquirer's web site FAQ. in my "myaccount" section, is where I found the contact number to cancel the paper. So in the end I received the paper for 26 weeks. Unfortunately, they keep calling to get me to renewal.
