I got a phone call from 215-279-8487 they left a voice mail with another number to contact and a "case" number.  I called back and they told me they were a lawfirm and that I owed over $600 to a loan place. Luckily I had all of my statements available and the loan i received was for $150 for 4 month they took two payments of $90 which is like $720.  I told her I was not paying another cent and they could reimburse me for the monies they stole.  She got mad and said see you in court. Her name was KIM BLACK.  If you get a phone call like this ignore it. It is just another febile excuse to take money from hard workers.

Wow. If anyone would post the name of this "law firm", I'd appreciate it. This absolutely psychotic woman with a thick accent just called a place of business and literally screamed threats, personal and otherwise, into the phone. She refused to identify herself.

The caller was Gina Weston  and since I was ignoring her calls. she called a neighbor and the neighbor came and gave me her phone. She threatened to call my neighbors again. This was for the balance of an account at the Academy at Ivy Ridge in Upstate NY which has been operating not licensed by the Dept. of Ed. as they claimed. We had to take a loan to pay for part of her stay there, now we are saddled with the loan, we are being threatened daily by this collector, and my daughter had to redo everything at another school. We are going to see a lawyer and I am going to make it a personal commitment to fight this injustice. The school has been identified as a contributor to certain politicians and is said to have some "clout". How can this David win against this Goliath! this lady is a real pain in the [***] and she lies through her teeth. She claims to be an attorney and threatens anyone she can find whom may know you and threatens them as well. She faulsly portrays herself as an attorney and screams and yells threats. She will even do so to those whom may know you like family friends and even neighbors. She has messed with the wrong family. She has call my sister, mother-in-law and my friends. She hasn't tried to contact me and I have tried to contact her only to get yelled at, threatened and at no time will she ever say what the hell it is all about. We have started a lawsuit against her. She has committed no less than 5 felony counts we can prove via recordings we have taken and speaker phone witnesses as well as voice mails she has left all those listed above. The Fair Credit Reporting Act protects citizens from animals like this. There are a lot of law firms which will take your case for free against these offenders and if/when you win you can win up to $500K in settlements. We don't care about the money, we want her head on a pike! This lady needs to be removed from society and we aim to do just that. Wish us luck... not that we need it.

Aquaman - We are experiencing the same thing. We have saved messages. Could you tell us what law firm you are using. We are in the process of taking legal action. Hopefully if we all go the the same laywer we could help our cases together. The more people against her, the better off everyone will be.

Also to anyone that has been getting these calls they have multiple numbers. 702-367-2269, 800-350-9749. If you look up these numbers numerous people have posted horrific stories about these people.
