I joined OKCupid, an online dating site. After telling this guy I was not interested in him, he continues to call me and send harassing messages and racial slurs. He has undermined my intelligence while I am completing grad school saying at my age (28) I should not still be in school

I want to report this person to police. I would like some leads on their location in order to keep myself at a distance. I go into Philadelphia and this is where this person lives...I think. Can someone help me?
