I received a text message from this number on July 14, 2012 at 11:21 AM, saying: "Your entry in our drawing WON you a FREE $500 Target gift card! Enter '267' at www.target.com.ttkz.biz to claim it and we can ship it to you immediately!." When I called that number, I received the following voice recording: "The number you dialed is not a working number. Please check the number and dial again." Apparently, this is a fake number. My phone is registered with the national DO NOT CALL registry. We need to stop "Caller ID Spoofing" or it won't work.
