Express Scripts (Tricare) Mail Order Pharmacy's automated recorded message. I did not answer, but called back. The system recognizes the number ones calls from if in file or same one they called), verifies you are the one they called then gives a very basic msg about prescription being processed (in my case....no personal info). In my situation asked if wanted more info....if so you had to verify you were the person that the info was to be given to. Still very vague info given out even w/full verification. It's very Safe-System from experience has a number of different recordings according to the message one is to be given. One can always call main number and there should be info on your record showing call was attempted and what info they wanted to get to you.
Again, SAFE caller.
Call them back and you can check out what call was made for if you did not answer.
The recorded message says they're calling from express scripts, however, the message states, instead of calling member services, to call this 215 number. We do deal with express scripts, but it seems suspect that they would tell us to call this 215# instead of their 800#. I will call the 800# to see if the caller is legit. You have to be soooo careful today.
This is legitimate (Express Scripts). My call was an interactive, automated called confirming they had received my order from a day earlier and were processing it. No attempt to ask me for any kind of information etc, purely informative.
This # called to verify an express script order we sent & they received it 5/4. Message said to call an #800 & i did. Call was for my husband but i called them back. Asked if i wanted name of med & when i said yes they asked for his birth date to verify it was him. That's only info they asked for. I guess computer didn't believe i was him. Then it said they had received order & were processing it & then call ended.
