This call was from Carecentrix.  They were calling to see if our home nurse andd therapist had shown up and that I was was happy with them.  Not a Scam.  They have called several times to monitor our home care service.

Received a legitimate automated follow-up call from a fulfillment contractor of Blue Cross (carecentrix.com).  The recording asked me to verify that I had received a shipment of medical supplies which I had recently ordered.

Received a call regarding cigna and shipment of medical supplies which I do not receive medical supples

received robocall as followup on home delivery of medical supplies from a Blue Cross contractor.
