We receive similar calls with same message. We do not have credit cards and we are on the Do Not Call list. I stay on the line and tell them we are on the list and they hang up on us.
I received a call from this same number today. I tried to return that missed call and got 3 short beeps and then nothing.
I will look for the free app from AT&T that allows you to block or black-list unwanted calls from specific numbers and be done with it once and for all.
