"Joe" was a complete butt. He called and asked for the "maintenance dept". He said he just got a call from us, and in the rudest way possible, demanded to be forwarded. When I said he would have to have a name or leave a message, he questioned my intelligence, also in a rude way, then hung up on me.
I am glad I made sure it was a scam before I tried to get him fired.
It's a scam. Trying to get name to claim you have bought maintenance supplies before. No kidding! Just not off you guys!! They go by Global, Complete Supply, and "Joe". Also use 215-322-8066.

Extremely rude, tried to bully our reception staff into speaking with the maintenance manager. I am glad it was a scam I was going to call to complain to company as well, very disturbing phone call.
