Sorry for disturbing you at dinner time. We only call people who have contacted us in the past 90 days regarding a water problem in their basement. Our hours of doing so are, of course, after 5PM when most people start arriving home from work. It is quite possible that we have a wrong/transposed number that, (unfortunately) calls your home or cell??? We have several phone numbers in our office so our customers can contact us and we are NOT using different numbers to avoid your call block. When we pick up the phone to dail out, the phone system just accesses the first available number. We are not selling anything over the phone nor taking advantage of people. We have been in the basement waterproofing business for over 60 years and that is something we are very proud of.
We would be happy to eliminate you from our customer call-backs list but we need your information to do so. Please call us on any of the numbers you listed in your complaint (6568 too) or email us at
[email protected] and we will gladly remove you. There is no benefit for us to continually try to call people who are not in need of our basement waterproofing service so I promise that if you give me your info, I will make sure measures are taken to remove you from our list. Our hours are Mon-Thur 8:30AM-8:30PM, Fri 8:30AM-5:00PM and Sat 10:00AM-1:00PM
