Caller is a male---left me a number to contact a Bob Bolinas in "reference to a case filed"??? and to call a Joseph? at 1 888 355 1023 regarding case # 4239570

I haven't got a clue on any of this and have my phone restricted already so how can this be stopped??

got a female from ccs whatever that is and had the same thing referenced some case number from a yr ago ....is this a scam or what?
