Got a call from this number, claimed she was an Insurance agent working from home, knew the make of my vehicle, asked for the model and year, and any other vehicles I might have, so that she could mail me info on better insurance rates. When I called back, she couldn't tell me which office she worked out of, had an emergency and hung up. Called back a few days later and a male answered, never heard of that person, had an emergency and hung up.

I received a call today from this number from a woman who identified herself as Michelle, an insurance agent. She claimed we spoke a few months ago, but we didn't. She claimed she worked for a major carrier through an agent in my area. When I questioned why she was calling from a 215 area code (I and the agent are in the 717 area code) she claimed her brother-in-law passed away yesterday so she was working from home. She got caught though, because I happen to work for the carrier she named and know the agent she claimed to work for well. She pronounced the name of the agency incorrectly. I verified with the local agent that no one by the name of Michelle works for them.
