Who called from 21534100

Got calls from 21534100.  No one there.

i tried call back but it forwarded a another non exist phone#.. a no-phone-tone..

dont pickup any phone# starting from 3... 99% are advertising. JUNK phone call
if we refuse to pickup 3XXXXXXX, NO ONE in HK will use it.. the TELCO operator deserved to suffer

This person calls my cell and home number at least once a day somestime2x.
