This person will call your number and hangup when you answer.  When you call it back he says, "Thank you for calling back, by name is Bernie Holliday (?) from the Veterans (?) asking for money.  He starts by stating this call is being recorded, etc.

Called 2X on sunday--1st X I answered-stated Put me on DNC list & I was on Natl DNC list-they quickly hung up . 2 min later they called again but hung up when answering machine picked up . I used to ignore these kinds of calls but have just read a Readers Digest article supposedly with suggestions from real telemarketers . The MOFO behind this number is just a scammer & I'm only sorry I can't reach thru the phone and............

keep a wistle by the phone when you get them on the line blow it loud as you can the stop calling you real fast.

Professional fundraising organization.  States they were calling on behslf of some veteran's organization.

Called this afternoon, left no message.
