Called cell and said i stayed at their resort and wanted to offer me something. Hung up quickly

Called three times

Got the call on my cell.  Didn't answer it.  I called the number back right away from a different phone.  There was a recorded message that said "The survey you are calling about has been completed.  If you would like to be removed from future calls please press 9"
