Call came in I answered and it was total silence. Trying to find live numbers? Anyone else know who this is? Seems strange earlier in the day Electric Hawkers were out in my neighbor and wouldn't answer the door and then a couple hours later this call. Could it be connected?

Only reason I answered is I am in Pennsylvania and CID said Pennsylvania.(some cell calls to me come up as such)
After saying hello 3 times recording started and was from United Health Care to sign up for health insurance.
I pressed 1 to speak to a "licensed insurance agent"
Man comes on with heavy Asian accent and he identifies himself as a licensed insurance agent with UHC.
I questioned him about anonymous calls from UHC and he hung up instantly.
Called number back (*67) 'sorry the number you have reached is not in service.'
For sure an identity stealing call.
