Who called from 2153721720

Calls several times a day but never leaves message.

Received call from this number with caller ID said Philadelphia, PA, didn't answer since don't know anyone from there and no mess. left. Also I have received 2 other calls from different numbers also saying Philadelphia PA.  I sure it won't be the last.

I believe it may be RCN reminding about an overdue payment.

I called the number back.  It said divirsfy consultants.  They are a debt collection agency.

Got a call from this company about 2 hours ago.  They did not leave a message.  When I called back I got a pre-recorded message with the name Diversified Consultants.  I hung up immediately, believing this to be some sort of scam.  A Google search turned up the following website from the state of Florida:

I am current with my telecom company so I am wondering why DC is calling.  I don't plan to call them a second time just in case they're looking to add phone numbers to a Suckers list.
