I get a call, from this number, every day.  I finally got annoyed and called the number back.  A recording identified them as the Tea Party Patriots.  Option 2 removes you from their call list.

They state that they have important information about their programs.  And that "calls of this nature are exempt from all state and federal Do-Not-Call lists.
