Just received that call and they asked for my name and it was a recorded message prompted to answer questions from key words. It was asking about a donation to the police for as well. I said sure. Got sent to billing department asked for my credit card, said no that I'd rather have something sent to me. They confirmed my address as my mother's and I corrected them. So we'll see. From the comments, it sounds like an out sourced number for donation calls.
