Calls then says if this is you press 1. Then hangs up with nothing else. If you don't press 1 then it also hangs up. This is happening everyday for at least a week now. Caller id says Philadelphia PA.
I called the number back after being disconnected They answered as "Allied business consultants" They kept saying call was being recorded. They wanted me to verify information. I refused and hung up phone. Any reputable business should be sent by mail detailing the situation. No one will ever get any information from me over phone.
Called them back to see who they were. They wanted birth date n as number but would not tell me what the firm was I asked collections or law firm or both. He wouldn't tell me.
Apparently Tate & Kirlin & Associates do not care about the law (FDCPA Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) that prohibits them from calling 3rd parties to collect a debt! Guess they'll care when the have a judgement against them for it!
