The call came in as "Out of Area" with no one on the line that would respond. After about a minute the line disconnected. I called back and the phone was immediately picked up. You could hear background noise, but no response. I tried a second time and upon answering there was a start of a recording that said "Thank --" then it was cut off. After about 15 mins, I tried again & someone answered. I could not understand their garbled speech, but I was told who they were looking for. I told them that person never has lived here, and I was told they would take me off their list.
Got a call from this number: Olivia with IRS I needed to pay my taxes or else they were gonna seize my home,checking account, property and retirement. I only had a 4 hour window.. if I don't pay by 10 pm they would be forced to take it all. They could only take Western union. 215 area code is the North American telephone area code for the City of Philadelphia Montgomery County in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.They gave me the address to send it that was so nice of them, I called the Police in that area. I was instructed to wire $7.50 as that was there Law for Theft by deception 10 to 20 years in jail and or $30,000.00 fine..Police called me back they arrested 2 young men..
