I have been getting class from this number with no message. I thought people couldn't call your cell phone for marketing purposes. This is very annoying as I don't want to pick up a call from a no name caller. It only says Philadelphia.
Scam call. Asked for "Mitchell." When I said it was the wrong number they said, maybe you can help me. Possibly automated voice from "owner relations."
