This is from a Pennsylvania Fundraising company. They are calling on behalf of the Pa State Police looking for donations. I gave the Pa State Police a donation about 5 years ago and then again each year since. They no longer collect on their own and have seemingly contracted this company to do it for them. I answered the number about two years ago because I thought it was University of Penn calling because my son applied there. I picked up and got hooked again into making a donation. This year the number started calling us and I thought it was Temple University who is aggressively going after my daughter to apply, but instead of picking it up, I called it back and got a voice message stating who they are. I don't think they will leave you alone if you ever donated before.
