Who called from 2153835682

I have received numerous calls from this number. None of the calls have resulted in anyone answering. How do I stop these calls?

2:05, got call - didn't answer, they left no message... message underneath ID on my phone say's

"PA, USA"

That's all....

This "Circulation" telemarketer calls. When we don't pick up, it leaves no message but my message machine starts making annoying, screeching noises for several minutes. I recalled the number to get taken off their call list, but all circuits are busy and they offer no option to opt-out of calls. I reverse looked up the number and it is "unavailable, This is a violation of privacy as I am on the Do Not Call list and they do not provide an opt-out method.

This number has been calling once a day; NEVER leaves a message. We don't know anyone in the 215 area code!!!
