I live in Toronto, Canada & received a recorded message from the same number going on about my credit. I tried hanging the phone up a couple of times but the computer was still talking! The puzzling thing is we just requested an unlisted number from Bell last week because of all the bloody telemarketers bugging the hell out of us, so I don't get it how someone can find an unlisted number.
How can these nuisances be stopped once & for all?
I keep getting calls from this number 215-383-9709, I live in Canada and i looked this area code up, it is in Philadelphia, how do i make these stop?, i do not know anyone in this state.

this number called me today at 3:15 pm ( EST) ......no msg....call and hung up........apparently originates from a company called " WCA SUBSCRIBER SERVICES "....... i have had several different phone numbers from all across THE USA call me linked to this supposed " company ..............
many different phone numbers originating from california to new jersey etc , internet and call backs come up with the same recording " WCA SUBSCRIBER SERVICES "...
so basically , these people use MULTIPLE phone numbers to try to get ahold of you.......if you block one , they'll call again days later with another number from a different state etc.......
