Who called from 2153839723

I have received 3 calls from this number & there is nobody on the other end when I say hello.  I live in CA and don't know anyone in Pennsylvania.

This number called me trying to confirm my information, claiming to have a free credit card for me. When I ask them not to call me again, the woman starts to argue that i have nothing to lose. Do not be pressured from people like this, they are everywhere nowadays

I have recieved numerous calls from this number, at first I didnt pick up. Today I finally pick up to see who it is and they dont say anything. And then they have the nerve to call back and dont say nothing again.
