Who called from 2153914140

I get a call from 1-215-391-4140 about once an hour at all hours of day and night. I have never answered.

I am on the do not call list and I receive numerous calls from this number.
Have never answered, don't know who it is or what they want.

I get the same call with no response-anybody know anything?

Same thing at 11:33am on 2/26/2009-tried to *69 this number,did a trace on 411.com-turning it in to Attorney General to find out some info.

Got a call from a man who asked for "J."  When asked who was calling, he hung up.  Upon recall to 215-391-4140, a phone company message stated the number was not a working number.

Dumb people need to get a life or if the FCC is getting enough calls, maybe they can chase them down.  This is about the third or fourth time we have received that same call.  Also, we are listed on the "Do Not Call List!"  A lot of good that does.
