This number started calling two days ago, at least 3 times a day. Blocked them today after first call this morning and have just called three times in a span of 15 minutes. At this point I just shut my ringer off because it's always telemarketers!

It has to be a scam when they call people most of which are on the Do not call list. If they were legitimate they would not call in the first place. It appears their numerous unwanted phone calls amount to the crime of Harassment by Communications. They don't leave a message on our answering machine. I would not call them back.
