Who called from 2154009411

i get call from this number but they stay quite on the other side and i cant hear nothin, when i call back its not accepting calls at this time who are theese people ?

Its the school district of philadelphia.

i got this phone monday, and i got a call from them an hour after the number was activated.  

these [***] call me every other day.

I got this number and within minutes I was getting calls from these people.  I try to call the district but they play dumb and I can't get them to stop. I get about 5 calls a week from these people.

Keep getting a call from them when I call back it says number busy I wish they stop calling.
