This phone number is sending slanderous things to my girlfriend and is clearly trying to sabotage my relationship. It's extremely pathetic and low and I'm trying to find out who it is. I don't live in Pennsylvania or anywhere near, so it's obviously some sort of texting app on a smartphone.
