just got the call didn't answer scammer I wish they would stop

This call was a recording stating they were monitoring my card and I could get up to $10K to pay off loans.  I don't owe any money on my card.  Waited to speak to someone.  The asked if I was waiting for a consultation and as soon as I said no I don't want called anymore they hung up.  Called the number back and its not a working number.  SCAM

Same number calling me.  no message.  Scam.  Block.

Just called my cell and left no message. I don't answer unknown numbers.
