I called the number back and it was just a recording that says, "You have reached the information line at TNS. We are a Survey Research firm from PA... We never participate in any telemarketing... If you recieved a call from from us it was only to collect your opinions on a recent research project and was not meant to sell you anything.  Thank You."

Company is doing a customer satisfaction survey for Verizon Wireless. I get these calls within a day or two of contacting Customer Service.
