Who called from 2154368639

Left no message. It is curious that a similar number also used Caller ID Medallion.

I get 2 or 3 calls from (215)436-8639 periodically, twice yesterday.  Caller ID shows "Medallion."

I am getting the same but it is coming up Department Of. strange...

they keep calling e and i tell them they have a wrong number, but do not stop

Received a call from (215)436-8639, caller ID Medallion, person sounded like they were phoning from a call center - asked to speak to person "in charge of finances".
